Aim of the Conference
The scientific and professional conference, OTO, represents an opportunity for direct exchange of experience by experts from all areas of maintenance with the aim of exploring and analyzing the implementation of new methods and procedures. The conference seeks to raise the level of maintenance knowledge, taking into account the continuous advancement of engineering and technology in all spheres of the economy, infrastructure and public services.
Since the first conference held on 20th April, 1990 at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Osijek, a total of 27 scientific and professional conferences have since been held in Slavonia and Baranja in order to promote scientific methods and profession. Former meetings were organized by the Society of Maintenance Engineers Osijek (founded in 1983) in cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering Osijek, the Faculty of Civil Engineering Osijek, the Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek and the Polytechnic of Požega, including manufacturers of industrial equipment and reproduction materials. Communication between scientists and maintenance experts raises the level of expertise and introduces new methods and maintenance procedures into everyday practice.
26th International Scientific and Professional Conference on Organization and Maintenance Technology, OTO 2017, has been held on May 26th 2017, in organization of Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Computing and Information Technology Osijek.

Selected papers presented at OTO will be invited for publication in English in the Electronic Journal of the Faculty of Civil Engineering Osijek e-GFOS (http: // e-gfos.gfos.hr), International Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering Systems (www.ferit.unios.hr/ijeces/) and the Journal of Energy (http://journalofenergy.com/).
Official Languages
The official languages of the conference are Croatian and English.
Instructions for Authors
The submission of papers for presentation at OTO 2018 conference will takes place in two phases. The first phase is summary submission by December 25, 2017. The authors are invited to submit the abstracts of their unpublished papers by filling in the application form and sending information to the email address OTO2018@ferit.hr. The editorial and review committee will make a decision about acceptance and notify the authors by January 7, 2018.
